Good value and good service
Do they get every order wrong? According to these comments they do! We went here the other night, and Anita (name on my receipt) gave me someone else's plate. Even though she repeated everything I ordered back to me and it was correct. I didn't realize this till I got home. I had to drive all the way back here and big lady there made me list everything I got again to make sure I wasn't lying. Turns out they had it sitting right there. I had to drive back just for them to tell me they had it sitting there? She didn't let me keep the wrong order for my trouble.That's the least you can do, and no apology is issued. Then the window was shut in my face. I'm almost certain they do that on purpose so they can take that free plate to their breaks because I know for a fact they don't throw it away. Either they keep it or they put it back on the grill to give it to someone else. That's disgusting! Health inspector needs to investigate! It seems the user Jo LAKE can back me up on this too. I'm reporting this to the health inspector. That was the first and last time I'll be going there!!!
Don't leave the window until you check your food! The tray with $1.00 milkshake upgrade is a good deal. The food, BBQ esp. is usually really good, for fast food. 80% of the time order isn't prepared how you order it. I ALWAYS ask for SEASONING on burger & fries, it's usually forgotten. Reciept NEVER HAS PRICES. I was highly disturbed when I was still at the window, looked & part of order was wrong. The worker took it back through the window, after I touched it! I don't think that is suposed to be done. Just pass me a packet of mustard, or whatever condiments that's left off this time. I try not to think about their hygiene techniques.I'll eat there again. It does taste good.
The Cajun Fries was about to kill me with all that Cajun seasons on it..
I came thru and got a spicy chicken tray with lettuce and bacon... Y'all I had the bacon and like I piece of lettuce for like a baby.. I'm so upset about that.. this is why I don't eat cookout.
I would never go back to cookout the most nasty place in Sanford
Both orders were incorrect. Had to take them back twice. Order was read back correctly rung up wrong.
