I seriously don’t know how they stay in business. First starting with drinks....oh sorry no pop of any kind! Then ordered appetizers BEFORE our meal, and only got one of them. The other came out with our food that took 45 minutes. Would not have been as upset if the food would have come out right! It was cold and my steak quesadilla that I had asked for extra cheese barely had ANY.... nachos were the same! We asked for more cheese to be melted on the nachos 3TIMES before ANYONE listened. By this time we were all annoyed and the whole time our server Brittany never tried to make anything right. The whole time it was as if she could care less....not even so much as a smile. Needless to say our experience, both service AND food was horrible and it’s very safe to say that we will NEVER be back!
My husband and 5 month old child were meeting friends (a couple) for a 7pm dinner. We walked in and asked for a table for 4. The hostess said 3 adults and a high chair? I said no, 4 adults and maybe a high chair (our son is still small enough to sit with us). She scoffed and said “well that means 5. I mean I guess I could put you at a round table at the bar because it’s a fire hazard to have the high chair at a booth.” We never specifically asked for a booth, just simply a table. We did not want to be at the bar with our bany so I said we don’t have to do a high chair if that’s easier. She said “yeah I guess I could do that.” Then turned to a waitress and said “tell (the waitresses name) I’m so sorry but giving her a party at #35.” In front of us! I have never been treated as such an inconvenience. You should never treat a family with small children as though they are a nuisance and it’s a pain to seat them. This all happened as we stared at a dozen empty tables. As for the waitress, she was very kind but we will never go back and will tell anyone who intends to go. To add to this our appetizer was also very stale and cold. Not worth any of the money we spent.
The service was great, the food so so. My wife's green beans were microwaved. If we wanted a microwaved meal we would have gone to Food Lion. Really miss real cooking I'd be willing to wait for. Come on Applebee's!
What's not to like. Great grocery store, wine bar, cigar humidor, hot food, daily meal store around. And you can get gas cheaper.
This location has never really impressed me. It's casual dining, yes and popular but the staff and their attitudes were very nasty. After specifically ordering water without lemon the waitress bought out two with lemon. We turned her around and she admittedly caught an attitude. 10 mins after placing order and not seeing the help we asked her about whether we were going to get the app before the entree without answering she sent her goon to the table with his attitude. He answered the question with sass, attitude and excuses about a packed house. This is unacceptable I spend my money here. I don't care about your call in orders. He accused us of having an attitude but clearly don't need our $20 our that of our friends or family.
