Employee's look like they hate their lives. Many of them purposely avoid customers. I seen a lady asking for help from a worker passing by and she saw her, but ignored her. I spoke up too, and she still walked away. I heard her mumble something then look back at us. What kind of customer service is that? Not to mention they tell you to get out 30 minutes before the store closes. They don't announce it 30 mins till, or 15 minutes till. It's constant! That's the only time an employee will acknowledge you. Just to tell you to get out when it's no where close to closing. Everything is overpriced. I've seen a toy that is $8 in another place, but here they made it $19.99!
The organization of this store made it so easy to shop both school clothes and Christmas toys for my kids. Layaway options are cheap and easy. Two thumbs up!
Clean store and friendly staff. Good price on Allegra. Decent prices on other things. Check out sales.
It's a typical K-Mart. Very small electronics department. Prices are much higher than those of competitors on most items. I was surprised to find reasonable pricing on some of the clothing. I usually only go here at Christmas time when they have great sales on small kitchen appliances, but today we went simply because we were in a hurry, and they're never as busy as the other stores. Unfortunately, this did not pay off for us. We waited in line for 15 minutes behind only 1 other customer, and then it took the cashier 10 minutes to ring up our 3 items. I assume she is new.
I love that they always have amazing sales but they seem to always be short staffed in the front.
