Customer service was just not good. Had to call numerous times and send emails, always was put on hold. Initial call was made on Friday, one week later NO part of the trip was confirmed.The agent had some many questions I thought it was her first day on the job, even though I gave her all the information for out trip. Although I have used them in the past, I will not use this agency again. Finally just called to cancel everthing and called another agency.
