Worst return experience ever! My mother bought me a pair of running shoes for Mother's Day and they were too small. When she took them back, they said that they had been worn outside. Mom obviously did not look at the bottoms of the shoes. The girls working in the store were extremely rude and even called her a name. Needless to say, we will never shop there again. Too bad. Sanford needs the business.
Been shopping here for years. The staff is always helpful even to the point of carrying some larger purchases to the car for me. I've never had a problem with clothing or sport gear purchased from them.
I can't give them 5 stars because of the building condition. I realize they rent the space but I have been in several times during heavy rain and they have to use trash cans to catch the water pouring in from several locations.
