After rescheduling yesterday for understandable reasons, no call, no show this morning. Turns out it was a scheduling mix up and they did everything they could to make it right. I've revamped this review and happily give this company 5 stars.
Xtreme Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job on my carpets and Vinyl. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Their staff was courteous and on time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for fast, convenient, excellent service and reasonable prices.
I had decided to follow a local realtor recommendation to use this company. They were about $30 dollars more expensive than the company I had previously used. However what a difference in quality. My carpet looks like it did when it was installed 8 years ago. I was really pleased with how clean my tile grout looked when the job was completed. There were 2 spots on my carpet ( kool aid ) that have been there thru 3 cleanings by other companies. I had been told they were permanent by other people. Well I showed Earl the owner and he was able to get the stain out. I was really thinking I would have to buy new but no need. Believe me I will use this company for all my floor care needs.
Outstanding customer service! All the pet stains & red wine were removed from white carpet. Reasonably priced & I would definitely recommend using this company!
