I'm sad to be giving this place a low rating. I used to go here often but the service over the last year had become mediocre at best. The staff is very rude at times, and I was straight told on the Saturday of my college graduation at 10 am, they wouldn't be able to do a simply wash, trim and blow it because they were too busy for the rest of the day. I would've scheduled an appointment but they don't do appointments unless you're getting your hair colored, and even then, they will tend to change your appointment time at the last minute. I'm disappointed that I had to find a new person to cut my hair because I liked Sarah, but I mean this establishment needs to get there act together or more loyal customers will leave.
