Ms. Sarah has the most bueatiful flowers and the creations are the best !!! I get my flowers there always !!!
We just had an awful experience with this florist. I would give less than 1 star if possible. I am just surprised that a local, small business could afford to treat customers the way they did. We live in Wake County and ordered some flowers via their website for same day delivery for my mother who lives in Sanford. They were not delivered as promised for her 60th birthday. When I called the next day, I was told that they did not deliver the flowers because they were out of the lavender flowers and needed a substitute. They apparently use a company called Mercury Direct (no info about this on their website or in the contact information on the confirmation email) for their online orders. Apparently its on Mercury Direct to get back in touch with the buyer to approve substitutes or any other questions. Problem is no one ever got back to us or her. So instead of making sure that her customers were taken care of, she placed all the blame on Mercury and just let the order not be delivered. While I find it hard to believe that the florists don't receive any info about the customers (she claimed to not have our contact info), if I was running a small business competing against bigger and more popular florists in Sanford, I would be doing anything to make sure my deliveries are going out on time. Instead, I was treated as very unimportant. Since the order did not go out on time, I asked what she could do for the inconvenience and again she again put all the blame on Mercury and refused to do anything (a bigger bouquet or a discount seemed fair in this circumstance). I guess I should've gone with Ted's. Do not use this florist if you want to be treated like you actually matter as a customer.
