Recently applied to this company and was turned down. Did not understand at the time why seeing as my credit payment history is stellar and I have several open accounts. At that time I gave them a horrible review because my score dropped significantly. I tried to remember where I done the review for the company however I can't. I am now redoing this review because customer service did call me and we have figured out why I was denied. I forgot I had a security freeze on my credit and when they tried to run it, it came back as I had no credit !!! I will reapply at some given point and give them another chance after I remove the security freeze from my credit. I apologize for an untimely negative review before I found out why I was denied ! It was after all nothing on their end !
UPDATE : Took the credit freeze off of my credit as advised and reapplied ! Was NOT told by the Rep I spoke with that there was a time frame in which I needed to wait to reapply ! Well guess what ! There is !! I have been once again turned down because I was misinformed on the timetable of reapplying. I am done with these people ! I have not been this Irate with a business in a very long time. I gave them a second chance there will be no 3rd !
If I could give a negative number I would. Long story short, my loan was paid off 2 months ago. They just stole 210 dollars from my bank acct this past weekend. Had to wist until Monday to speak with anyone. Then was told that I would have to wait 15 days before they would MAIL me a refund check!! Never again and I advise anyone thinking about it to reconsider!! They are awful and crooked and customer svc is terrible!!
